Delivery & Returns Policy

 

Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we cannot accept liability for any financial loss caused by late delivery.

 

*Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included full address details so we can notify you in the event of a delivery problem.

 

Delivery Costs
Standard UK Delivery (including pre-orders) - £4.95 / 3-5 Working Days
Europe Standard Delivery £15 / up to 7 Working Days
Worldwide Standard Delivery £25 / up to 15 Working Days

 

*Delivery time scales set out above are likely to be affected by COVID19 until further notice. Please take this into consideration when purchasing any products.

 

Returns/ Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels intact. *You must contact us within 7 days of delivery before returning your item via email at [email protected]. Please note we do not refund postage costs.

 

Pre-Order Items

Please read all product descriptions as some items are pre-order only due to high demand. 

 

Pre-order items are specific to each customer and therefore we cannot offer refunds for pre-ordered items. We will however, exchange any unworn and undamaged pre-ordered items for a different size or product. Please contact us with a request for exchange within 7 days of you receiving the item.

 

Sale Items
Please note we do not offer a refund or exchange on sale items. We also do not offer any refunds or exchanges on socks or tights for hygienic purposes.


How to return an item:

Please note ALL items returned to us for either exchange or refund MUST be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unmarked. All tags and labels MUST still be attached. Failure to send the item(s) back as delivered to you will result in your refund or exchange being void.

 

1. Please contact us for the return address to send the unworn item(s) to.

 

2. You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt) and ensure the item is insured against loss.


3. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.


4. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be processed and to show up on your credit card statement or pay pal account.

 

5. We are happy to exchange an item for different size/ style etc (if in stock) upon request for non-sale items. You will be charged postage for exchanged items.

 

6. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in the condition you received them in. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.


7. Please note we do not refund ANY postage costs.
